Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will my order be delivered?

    We ship orders frozen, packed in dry ice overnight once a week for Thursday or Friday delivery.  Order cut off for each week is Tuesday at 10am.  So if you order Tuesday at 9:30am, you will receive your order that week on Thursday or Friday.  If you order Tuesday at 10:30am, you will receive your order the next week on Thursday or Friday.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver to most locations within Ontario.  Check our delivery calculator at checkout to make sure we deliver to your postal code.  

  • Who will deliver my order?

    Orders are shipped frozen overnight with dry ice via Fed Ex.

  • What if I'm not home for my delivery?

    No problem.  Your order will be left at the front door in an insulated box.  When you get home, unpack your items as soon as you are able.

  • How will my order arrive?

    Your items are shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box with dry ice so food stays frozen even if you aren't home when it is delivered.  

  • Can I recycle the shipping container?

    The outer shipping box and inner insulation are both completely recyclable.  Any paper and plastic bags can also be placed in the recycling or compost bin.  Just follow the labeling on the materials.
