At Yorkshire Valley Farms, we are committed to bringing you a range of poultry products that are both good for you and kind to the environment.

When our founding farmers started farming in many years ago, they chose to grow organically because they believed it would provide the best products for their families and friends. More than 10 years on, they still feel the same way. Our focus is, and always will be, to deliver tasty organic poultry products that support environmentally sound practices and help build resilient communities.

We work with a dedicated network of family-run farms who adhere to the highest organic standards and are certified by Pro-Cert Organic Systems. At the farm, the animals are raised in lower density flocks in barrier-free modern barns with access to natural light and ventilation. They enjoy a wholesome diet of non-GMO organic grains that are not treated with herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic chemicals. The birds have seasonal access to outdoor pastureland, which is also managed to organic standards. The environments both inside and outside of the barn are intended to encourage natural behaviours like spreading their wings and dust bathing. This more holistic approach helps reduce bird stress, allowing the animals’ own immune system to keep them healthy. And we think you’ll agree it makes our products taste a whole lot better too!
