Organic Grass-Fed Unsalted Butter, 250g

St. Brigid's Creamery's Salted butter is made from 100% A2 Jersey cream, bringing a superior flavour, texture, and mouthfeel. This rich and vibrant yellow butter is barrel churned to the European style 84% fat content.  The van Nes Family Farm is home to over 200 Jersey cows on organically and regeneratively managed lands that produce A2 grass fed milk for this delicious butter.  

A2 means it's made with cream from cows that only have the A2/A2 beta casein in their milk, which is found to be easier to digest among individuals who have issues digesting A1 beta casein, generally found in Canadian pooled dairy.
